MINISTERIAL ORDINATION

THE PROCESS OF THE ORDINATION

Ministerial Ordination:

It is the action and result of ordaining

– We do not give the Ministries, we simply recognize them and confirm them in the Lord.

– Ps. 119:91

  • (1569) By your ORDINATION until today persevere; because they are all your servants.

MISHPA’T = VERDICT, SENTENCE, JUSTICE, RIGHT, PRIVILEGE, RIGHTEOUSNESS, MODEL, ORDER…

  • (60) By your ordination all things remain until today, for all of them serve you.

– Jer. 5:22-23

22 Will you not fear me? says the LORD. Will you not be intimidated before me, that I have put sand for an end to the sea, by ETERNAL ORDINATION, which will not break? Storms will rise, but they will not prevail; their waves will roar, but they will not pass it.

23 Nevertheless, this people has a false and rebellious heart; they separated and left.

ORDINATION = kjoc = CLOSE, PUT INSIDE

– ORDER = FIX, OFFICIAL DIGNITY OR CHARACTER.

– 1 Cor. 7:17

  • But each one as the Lord distributed to him, and as God called each one, so let him do; this ORDERED in all the churches.

– 1 Cor. 12:24

  • Because those who are more decorous in us, have no need; but God ORDERED the body, giving more abundant honor to the one that lacked,

– 1 Cor.11: 34

-1 Cor. 14:40

  • but do everything decently AND WITH ORDER.

– 1 Cor. 15:23

  • But each one in his ORDER: Christ, the firstfruits; then those who belong to Christ, at his coming.

– 1 Cor. 16: 1

  • As for the offering for the saints, do also the way you ORDER in the churches of Galatia.

  1. ORDINATION COMES FROM ORDER

  1. THE ORDER GIVES IDENTITY

  1. IDENTITY DEFINES THE PURPOSE

  1. AND THE ORDER, THE IDENTITY AND THE PURPOSE

  1. DETERMINES THE DESTINY

ALL ORDINATION IS MADE BASED ON:

FIRST:  UNDER THE UNDERSTANDING THAT WE DO NOT GIVE MINISTRIES, THE HOLY SPIRIT GIVES THEM

WE ONLY RECOGNIZE THEM.

AND WE PROCEED TO RECOGNIZE THEM BASED ON:

  1. THE DIVINE CALL THAT THEY POSSESS.

– Ephesians 4:1

I, therefore, imprisoned in the Lord, beg you to walk as is worthy of the vocation with which you were called,

  1. THE TESTIMONY OF DIGNITY THAT IS PROJECTED FOR WHOM SHALL BE ORDAINED.

– Acts 6:3

Seek, then, brethren, from among you seven men of good testimony, full of the Holy Spirit and wisdom, whom we entrust with this work.

  1. BY CONSENT, OF THOSE WHO HE SHALL MINISTER.

– Acts 6:5

The proposal pleased the whole crowd; and they chose Stephen, a man full of faith and the Holy Spirit, Philip, Prochorus, Nicanor, Timon, Parmenas, and Nicholas a proselyte of Antioch;

  1. PREFERABLY, IT HAS TO BE IN THE PLACE OF RESIDENCE OF WHO IS TO BE ORDAINED.

– Titus 1:5

For this cause, I left you in Crete, to correct the deficient, and to establish elders in each city, just as I commanded you;
